Service Description
It will include one of my gently guided signature classes, designed to calm the nervous system, clear stresses and connect attendees back to themselves. Followed by a soothing Sound Bath to include the healing tones of Crystal Bowls, Gongs, Chimes, Tibetan Bowls & Grounding instruments. An opportunity to stay for a warm drink & reflect after the session also.
